Learning is a process that needs many effort and patience. Therefore, while learning something the need of the some skills is definitely occurs and some of the most important skills are: social skills, critical thinking, creativity, technology literacy, collaboration, and flexibility.

In today’s world interaction between people is a little bit different from the past and as a result students should learn how to communicate with his\her peers.

Students should be thought how to find solutions to problems and this can be done by having critical thinking skills.

Creativity is a crucial skill that can be useful in every field and students who are our future should have that skill.

Technology changes very quickly and keeping up with it is important to students.

In some cases individual thinking and working can be not enough and there occurs need of collaboration skill.

A human being should be aware of herself\himself and should be able to say my way is not always the best way. Furthermore, she\he should be flexible in terms of plan changing, etc. Students struggle with this problem a lot because most of are cannot accept that they have a lot to learn, so flexibility skill is crucial for them.

To sum up, there are a lot of education skills and both students and teachers should be aware of them.
